These terms govern your use of the website itself; any tree care or related services we perform for you are governed by your written estimate and service agreement, not by this page.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about and requesting our services. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or copying it wholesale, submitting false or misleading inquiries, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.

Estimates and Services

• Estimate requests through the Site are inquiries, not contracts. An estimate becomes binding only when we provide it to you in writing and you accept it.
• Written estimates reflect the scope described in them; changes to scope, site conditions we couldn't reasonably see, or work you add may change the price through a revised written estimate or change order.
• All tree care services are performed under California law by Slater's Professional Tree Care, CSLB License #1059035, bonded and insured.
• Promotional offers shown on the Site (such as new-customer discounts) may carry eligibility requirements, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Site Content Is Informational

Content on the Site — including descriptions of tree conditions, fire-safety practices, and maintenance guidance — is general information, not advice about your specific trees or property. Trees are living structures whose condition can only be assessed in person; don't rely on website content in place of an on-site evaluation by a qualified professional. If you have a hazardous tree situation, call us at 707-404-8628, and if anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Calls and Text Messages

By submitting your phone number through the Site or texting us, you consent to receive calls and texts from us about your inquiry and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — belong to Slater's Professional Tree Care or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute arising from the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
